Refund policy

We at Dogilla are committed to your happiness, and have a 30-day money back guarantee on all products (except customized products) for any reason, subject to a few standard conditions. If you're not happy with your item please contact us within 30 days of receiving it to arrange a return/refund/exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We need to initiate the procedure from our end before you send the item back so please make sure you contact us before sending the item back to us. We can't accept an item that is returned prior to authorization so be sure to contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.

To start a return, please contact us first at contact@dogilla.com. The return address will come with your packaged order.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Your happiness is our prime directive. If your item does not meet your expectations, please let us know. We'll do whatever we can.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Customized/personalized items cannot be accepted for change-of-mind or incorrect size ordered, so please check the size charts carefully when choosing your products.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
