At Dogilla, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible while maintaining our commitment to quality and fair pricing.

Global Shipping - almost!

We currently ship to most countries excluding the European Union and conflict hotspots. We are politically neutral and do our best to deliver to dog lovers everywhere.

Processing Time

Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your item ships. During this time, we're carefully preparing and printing your custom design to ensure it meets our quality standards. Customized and personalized products usually take a few extra days, and we appreciate your patience.

Shipping Location

Products for delivery within the USA are printed and shipped within the USA. Products for worldwide delivery are in most cases shipped from the USA although in some cases may be printed and shipped from a location closer to you. 

Shipping Times

USA domestic shipping: Please allow 2-7 days for shipping in addition to the time it takes to process, print and pack your order (1-3 days). These times are a guideline only. Usual fulfillment is quicker but sometimes there may be delays. Please let us know if you haven't received your item within 10 days of placing your order.

Worldwide shipping except the European Union: Shipping is usually 10 to 30 working days although there can be delays beyond our control. Please let us know if you haven't received your item within 30 days of placing your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Costs

We believe in transparent, fair pricing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We work with trusted carriers to keep our rates competitive while ensuring your items arrive safely.

Delays & Issues

While we do everything we can to meet these timeframes, occasional delays can happen due to customs processing, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed or you have concerns about your shipment, please don't hesitate to reach out—we're here to help.
